A: The tooling cost is for mold creation, an essential part of the production process. This cost is only charged on the first order, and we cover mold maintenance for any damage thereafter.
9.Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments of 1000USD or less, we require 100% payment in advance.
For payments of 1000USD or more, an initial deposit of 40% T/T is required in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
