A: Please send your sample to our factory, and we can copy or provide better solutions. You can also send pictures or drafts with dimensions (Thickness, Length, Height, Width). A CAD or 3D file will be made for you with your order.

A: The tooling cost refers to the mold cost, which is an indispensable part of the production process. It is a one-time cost for the first order, and we will cover the maintenance cost of any mold damage.
9.Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments up to 1000USD, we require 100% payment in advance.
For payments of 1000USD or more, a 40% T/T payment is required in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
