c. Surface treatment (powder coating, sand blasting, plating, polishing, oxidation, brushing, etc.)

4. Q: What if I don't have the required drawings or document information above?
A: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it or offer improved solutions. Send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Thickness, Length, Height, Width), and we will create CAD or 3D files for you upon order placement.

A: Due to customization, we charge a sample cost, which will be refunded after placing mass orders.
8. Q: Why is there a tooling cost?
A: The tooling cost is for the mold, which is an indispensable part of the production process. This fee is only required for the first order; we cover the maintenance cost of any mold damage thereafter.
9. Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments <=1000USD, 100% in advance.
For payments equal to or greater than 1000 USD, we require a 40% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
10. Q: What is your after-sale service policy?
A: In the event of a quality issue, please provide photos or a test report. We will promptly replace the defective goods or issue a refund.
