A: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it or offer a better solution. Send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Thickness, Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you upon placing an order.

A: Tooling cost refers to the mold cost, an essential part of the production process. This cost is only charged for the first order, and we will cover the maintenance cost of mold damage thereafter.
9.Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments <=1000 USD, we require 100% payment in advance.
Payment Terms: For orders valued at or above 1000 USD, an initial deposit of 40% via T/T is required in advance. The remaining balance must be settled before shipment.
